What makes Saxons unique –
Saxons gives us the opportunity to learn lifelong skills. We meet every week on a Tuesday night to earn badges and have a great time! We do amazing activities each week like astronautics, air-rifle shooting, archery, rock climbing, mini pioneering and many more. We even had a production at Christmas where we made our own Scout version of Last Christmas!
We come to Scouts to earn our Chief Scouts Gold award and we can do this with our brilliant leaders. Patrick (Red) is funny, and he is firm but fair! Luke is like the Saxons clown; he will always make you laugh! While Vince is just smart and helpful! He is also the record holder for the longest 4-week challenge!
Our camps are awesome, we do everything to learn about survival: from pitching our tents, to cooking our own food! And we always have a good time!
